On August 6th, the North Columbia Business Association (NCBA and the City of Columbia will host the third Annual Mayor?s Economic Development Luncheon. This event is designed business and government leaders concerned with planning and developing businesses in South Carolina.
The event will be from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Student Union Dining Hall at Columbia College which is located at 1301 Columbia College Drive.
This event gives businesses and municipal government leaders an opportunity to showcase projects currently under development from their areas and to learn about ongoing projects in the Midlands.
?This is always a great opportunity to network and exchange ideas and solutions to challenges that cities and towns have in common. In addition to facilitating networking opportunities, this forum strives to provide insights and strategies for improving the South Carolina business community,? NCBA Executive Director Sabrina Odom stated.
Tickets for the event are $25 and can be purchased at either the NCBA office, located at 1013 Duke Ave., or at the Office of Business Opportunities, located at 1225 Lady St.
